How We Are Adaping Within The CoronaVirus Pandemic

Following the announcement by the government on 12th May 2020, Holden and Prescott are now fully open for business. We have already been planning for this announcement and have implemented some changes to accommodate the needs to comply with social distancing.

·         We are back in the office with Perspex screens and a limit of 2 customers in the office at any one time. 
·         We are conducting valuations. Martin Holden will attend the property respecting the social distancing rules.
·         We are fully marketing properties using Rightmove, ......
·         We are conducting viewings. You will be asked to cleanse your hands with sanitizer before entering the property, not to touch anything in the property and to wear a face covering. Only 2 people can attend a viewing at one time.
·         We are contacting vendors and purchasers to follow up with how their sales are progressing.
·         We are actively moving people into new properties both sales and rentals.
